Return your item within 30 days of purchase and chose to refund or exchange the item for another item of similar amount. Any refund from a different value item, which has been exchanged, may take up to 15 days to be processed. View our Returns Policy here.
We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
- Within 30 days of purchase;
- Unused and in the same condition you received it; and
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Items manufactured, machined or cut to size or to the buyer’s specification are not returnable.

If your item is faulty:
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us at email@example.com or phone 08 9418 4402, so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns. For more information on how to return items please follow this return policy.
How do I return my purchase?
Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 08 9418 4402 to discuss the reason for return. How you return your item depends on where you live. See the two different sections below for information about Australian and International returns.
Returns and exchanges are easy. Follow the steps below:
- Contact us at email@example.com or phone 08 9418 4402 so we can organise your return request.
- Complete the Legacy Nautical returns form emailed to you.
- Post back your item to us at the following address: 13 Lerista Court Bibra Lake WA 6163 ATTENTION RETURNS
- Please ensure you keep a tracking note of your item in case it does not arrive.
The buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We’ll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here’s how it works.
Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account*.
*Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
